The Kwara State Commissioner of Communications, Hon. Olabode George Towoju, has restated the need for workers in the state to cultivate a maintenance culture while handling government's property.  Towoju added that the state has standard equipment that, if managed well, will last several years and he said that the government is interested in all the state-owned media houses and has been investing heavily in all three of them. He made the submission during an interface with the management and staff of the Radio Kwara Broadcasting Corporation, which was carried out in order to familiarize with the workers and get to know their challenges. Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Olabode George Towoju, says the present administration in the state is committed to comprehensive rehabilitation of decayed infrastructure across the state.  The strategic rehabilitations of the infrastructure, according to Towoju, are particularly noticeable in the comprehensive rehabilitation of Water Works, schools and roads. "Since its inauguration in 2019, the administration of His Excellency, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq, has shown great commitment to provision and rehabilitation of social services like road, water and qualitative education across the state," he said.
