Towoju lauds Gov. AbdulRazaq's acceptance by Kwara North

The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Hon. Olabode George Towoju, has reiterated the practice of governance of inclusiveness of the administration of Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, which is evident in the governor's turbaning as the Kaura Kaiama by the Emir of Kaiama, Alhaji Muazu Shehu Omar.  Towoju gave the submission while speaking with newsmen today.  " I do not know any governor who practices inclusiveness as much as governor AbdulRazaq does. It is therefore coming as no surprise that the wonderful people of Kaiama, in Kwara North, have deemed it fit to honour the governor in this manner.  "Everybody loves this man. You cannot but love him. Kaura Kaiama Emirate: Towoju felicitates with Gov. AbdulRazaq, two others

The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Hon. Olabode George Towoju, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on his turbaning ceremony as the Kaura of Kaiama Emirate by the Emir of Kaiama, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Muazu Shehu Omar. In a statement made available to press men today, Towoju also felicitated with the President of the Senate,National Assembly, His Excellency, Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan on being turbaned as the Magayaki Of Kaiama Emirate together with the Senator representing Kwara North, Senator Sadiq Suleiman Umar, who was turbaned the Dan-Amar of Kaiama Emirate.  Towoju submitted that it is an honorable feat for the governor to be recognized for such a revered leadership position in Kaiama in Kaiama Local Government and expressed confidence in the Governor's ability to make good use of the position, while also contributing to the development of Kaiama and the whole of Kwara North. Kwara sustains lead on PGF performance ranking

Kwara State has again been ranked number one on the table of developmental strides recorded for January 2022 in states governed by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), a statement from the Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF) has said.   Kwara was winning the laurels for the fourth time.   The state shared the number one position with Lagos and Kaduna which posted the same points across various sectors examined for the month.   In the statement released by the Director of Planning and Strategy at the PGF Folohunsho Aluko, Kwara topped the table of excellent performances alongside Kaduna and Lagos states. The three states recorded 16 developmental strides apiece across various sectors.   Kwara State had similarly topped the Forum’s achievements’ table for September, 2020; March, 2021; and November 2021.   "The entries for this edition witnessed more improvements as regards developmental strides collated from the Forum states in (January) 2022,” the statement said.

KWSG Committed To Social Infrastructure Development- Towoju

Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Olabode George Towoju, says the present administration in the state is committed to comprehensive rehabilitation of decayed infrastructure across the state.  The strategic rehabilitations of the infrastructure, according to Towoju, are particularly noticeable in the comprehensive rehabilitation of Water Works, schools and roads. "Since its inauguration in 2019, the administration of His Excellency, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq, has shown great commitment to provision and rehabilitation of social services like road, water and qualitative education across the state," he said. The Commissioner, who made the assertion on a radio programme in Ilorin, noted that the move was part of the strategic plans of the AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq's administration to make life easier and more comfortable for the people of the state. He urged the residents of the state  to feel free in letting the government know their chal
