The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Hon. Olabode George Towoju, has congratulated the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, on the occasion of the " HE for SHE " Award presented to the Governor by the Women Wing of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in recognition of his role in promoting women inclusion and empowerment in Nigeria. In a statement, the Press Secretary of the Ministry, Ayobami Ashaolu, quoted the Commissioner to have described the award as "not coming as a surprise because the Governor is the first Governor in all 36 states to nominate a female majority cabinet and deliberately mainstream gender inclusion in the state.    "Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq is for everybody.
