The Kwara State Government has re-echoed its commitment to partnering with educational institutions which will help increase and boost the literacy rate and foster cultural preservation in the state.  This was made known by the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, on the occasion of the "Public Presentation of the 5th Book of Readings & Awards" organized by the Center for Ilorin Studies (CILS), University of Ilorin, which held in the Banquet hall today.  According to him, the CILS is saddled with the responsibility of preserving the cultural heritage of Ilorin Emirate and he lauded the Management for excelling against all odds.  Mallam Abdulrazaq, who was ably represented by the state Commissioner for Communications, Hon. The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Olabode George Towoju, has reiterated his commitment to the Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq administration in the state. Towoju made  the declaration in his office when the executives of the Concerned Youths of Nigeria (CYN) presented him with the award of "The Best Commissioner in Nigeria." "I dedicate this award to the Almighty God and to his Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the Executive Governor of Kwara State. " The governor has made my job very easy for me because of his  commitment to the people of Kwara," he said. He added that all what the governor is doing is for the youths and assured that more will still be done.
