COMMISSIONER RECEIVES NEW PERM SEC
Kwara State Commissioner for Health, Dr Amina Ahmed El-Imam has officially received the newly appointed Permanent Secretary, Dr. Taoheed Abdullahi Ayodeji, on assumption of duty this week.
The Commissioner received the Permanent Secretary in her office, at the ministry Headquarters, Fate, Ilorin, the state capital.
The occasion has no doubt brought together key members of the ministry’s management and staff, sets the tone for a new chapter of strengthened collaboration and service delivery.
Welcoming the Permanent Secretary to the ministry, Dr. El-Imam expressed confidence in Dr Ayodeji's capacity to contribute meaningfully to the Ministry’s ongoing drive, for an improved healthcare services in the State.
Describing the Ministry as a cornerstone of government’s social development agenda, El-Imam emphasized the importance of teamwork and mutual respect in achieving set objectives.
“We are committed to building a resilient health system that works for all Kwaran. This vision can only be realized through synergy, accountability and a shared sense of purpose among stakeholders," the Commissioner added
In his response, Dr. Taoheed Abdullahi Ayodeji expressed deep appreciation to the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, for the confidence reposed in him, therefore pledged his total loyalty and support to the leadership of the Ministry and assured members of staff of his readiness to work collaboratively and transparently too.
“It is a great honour to serve the people of Kwara State in this capacity. I look forward to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and responsiveness in the delivery of healthcare services," Ayodeji concluded.
