Ag. Head of Service Leads Delegation on Condolence Visit to Late Ex-HoS’ Family

The Acting Head of Service of Kwara State, Alhaji Ibrahim Muhammed, yesterday led a high-powered delegation of civil servants on a condolence visit to the family of the immediate past Head of Service, Mrs. Susan Modupe Oluwole.
Mrs. Oluwole passed away on Wednesday night after a protracted illness.
The delegation comprised all serving Permanent Secretaries, Directors, and other senior management staff in the state civil service.
They were received by the elder sister of the late HoS, Alhaja Yetunde Muslimat Adebowale, at the family’s residence, popularly known as White House, in the Fate-Basin area of Ilorin.
In his remarks, the Acting Head of Service described Mrs. Oluwole’s passing as a great loss to the state.
He acknowledged her indelible contributions to the system and praised her role in enhancing the efficiency of public service in Kwara State.
He expressed deep sorrow over her demise and prayed for the repose of her soul, as well as strength for the family to bear the irreparable loss.
Special prayers were offered by Mrs. Esther Folashayo, Permanent Secretary (Political), and Dr. Ayinla Abubakar Olayiwola, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Environment.
On behalf of the family, Alhaja Yetunde Muslimat Adebowale appreciated the delegation for their visit and support during this difficult time.
