Towoju Rejoices with First Lady on Birthday

The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Hon. Olabode George Towoju, has joined the good people of Kwara State to felicitate the First Lady of the State, Amb. Dr. Mrs Olufolake AbdulRazaq on the occasion of her birthday.

In a Statement, Towoju described the First Lady as a supportive woman who has always been a "pillar on  the Porch" of His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq .

 In his words,  " Dr. Mrs Olufolake is an epitome of good wife to her husband, good mother to her children and also awesome First Lady to the entire people of Kwara State."

Honourable Towoju extolled the humanitarian virtues of the First Lady which according to him are evident in the retinue of programmes she has used her good office and her Non-Governmental organisation, Ajike People Support Centre  to sponsor and train Kwara Women on economic emancipation. 

According to Towoju, "these programmes would have lasting impact on the beneficiaries and help strengthen the economy of Kwara State". 

The Statement further appreciated  the First Lady, who was recently awarded "Best Teacher" by RAISE, a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) based in Ilorin, for bringing happiness and joy into the lives of many people across the globe.

The Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (KWSUBEB) is set to engage 1,600 teaching and non-teaching staff across the sixteen Local Government Areas of the state, according to the Board's Chairman, Prof. Shehu Raheem Adaramaja. Kwara SUBEB Announces Modalities for Teachers' Recruitment Exercise

 • Applicants to Report at Their Local Government Areas on September 5 The Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (KWSUBEB) wishes to inform the general public that all applicants for its community-based recruitment exercise are required to report to their respective Local Government Areas on Thursday, September 5th, 2024, by 9:00 AM prompt. In addition to new applicants, Kwara SUBEB will also review the applications of individuals who achieved high scores and hold strong qualifications from earlier recruitment exercises. These candidates, who were previously unable to secure positions due to limited quotas in their Local Government Areas or subject areas, will be considered for employment if they are willing to serve in their local communities.
