Towoju lauds Gov. AbdulRazaq's acceptance by Kwara North

The Kwara State Commissioner for Communications, Hon. Olabode George Towoju, has reiterated the practice of governance of inclusiveness of the administration of Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, which is evident in the governor's turbaning as the Kaura Kaiama by the Emir of Kaiama, Alhaji Muazu Shehu Omar.

Towoju gave the submission while speaking with newsmen today.

" I do not know any governor who practices inclusiveness as much as governor AbdulRazaq does. It is therefore coming as no surprise that the wonderful people of Kaiama, in Kwara North, have deemed it fit to honour the governor in this manner.

"Everybody loves this man. You cannot but love him. Is it his simplicity or the fact that he has done what others have failed to do?," he queried.

"When he came on board, he was disturbed that Kwara North was completely cut off from the outside world as there was no single broadcasting station there. What did he do? He built a radio station, Nootia F.M, for them and this is a milestone achievement as well as a job creation avenue for the Kwara North youths.

"Now, they do not need to go to a neighbouring country, Benin Republic, to advertise and pass messages across. He is making life easy to live for them and this turbaning came as no surprise. They love and appreciate Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.

"Just last week, he sent the Commissioner for Water Resources, Alhaji Abdulwahab Femi Agbaje, to test-run the new water works in Edu Local Government Area of Kwara State. This was done so as to ease the challenges of water supply in Kwara North because this government has resolved to providing safe and clean water to all the nooks and crannies of the State.

"As we speak, the government is focusing on their roads in Kwara North too. Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq knows the importance of having good roads and he knows accessible roads also help with economic development of any area and the Ministry of Works is working to ensure that our roads are good," he added.

Towoju urged Kwarans to support the governor in his bid to making Kwara great again and added that under the administration of Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, there is nothing like favouritism or separatism but that the governor carries everybody along.
